Crock Pot Chicken Curry

Had the best dinner tonight ever!

Crock Pot Chicken Curry

3lb. chicken thighs
1/2 an onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup coconut milk
11/2 TBS curry powder, the good stuff
2 tsp. chicken bullion concentrate

Place thighs in crock pot and cover with onion and garlic. Mix coconut milk, curry and bullion concentrate together and pour over chicken. Cover and heat on low for 6 hours. That's it!

Serves 6

I served this with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli.
